Chef with the Most Michelin Stars
Paco Perez – 5 Michelin stars
As a child this Chef had ambitions that he would become a soccer player. However, once he started working in the tapas bar of his family at the age of 12, he became aware of his real love. Perez continued training at several places from there. He is currently one of the most up-to-date inspiring cuisine of the 21st century. He’s well recognised in the cooking world for Miramar, a lovely Mediterranean restaurant, his two Michelin star restaurant.
The narrative of Miramar is a loving family business. Established in 1939 as an inn with 45 rooms by Albacete and Alfons Serra, Miramar began to evolve in the 1990s alone. This occurred when Perez loved Montse Serra, the founder’s granddaughter. They turned the property into a beautiful restaurant with just 5 private rooms for guests, the rest of which is history.
