Gnocchi with tomato sauce


250g Gnocchi
3 tomatoes
50ml vegetable cream
1/4 red pepper
0,5 onion
Salt, pepper, tomato puree, red pepper powder, olive oil, basil and oregano


Take a pan and put it of the heat with olive oil in it. Cut the onion, red pepper and tomatoes in little pieces. Put the onion in the pan and roast it till glaze. Add tomato puree and red pepper powder and mix it together for 2 minute. Add the tomatoes and red pepper and simmer for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add the vegetable cream and stir. So now you can add the Gnocchi and simmer also for 10-15 minutes.
